About OneGro

Agricultural & Commodity Trading Experts in Southern Africa

OneGro is a Southern African commodity trading company specialising in the sourcing, trading, and movement of agricultural commodities and selected mineral products. We operate across regional and cross-border markets, supporting producers, processors, and industrial buyers with dependable, market-driven supply solutions.

Our role extends beyond transactional trade. OneGro functions as a strategic partner within the commodity value chain, aligning production, market demand, logistics, and risk management to deliver efficient and commercially sound outcomes. This integrated approach enables our partners to operate with greater certainty in complex and often volatile market environments.

With a growing footprint across Southern Africa, OneGro continues to expand its commodity offering with the objective of becoming a trusted, single-source trading partner for customers across agricultural and industrial sectors.

Our Experience & Approach

OneGro is built around a diverse and highly experienced team with expertise spanning agriculture, mining, commodity trading, and logistics. Collectively, our leadership and management team bring more than 100 years of industry experience, allowing us to provide informed, practical, and commercially viable solutions.

We are driven by a culture of professionalism, accountability, and innovation. Our team challenges conventional approaches to commodity trade and continuously seeks more efficient, sustainable ways to move products from source to market.

At the core of our operations is a commitment to honest and transparent trade, ensuring balanced value for both suppliers and customers. This philosophy supports the development of resilient, long-term supply chains — from mine to metal and from farm to family.

Integrated Trading & Logistics Capability

OneGro’s competitive advantage lies in the integration of commodity trading expertise with deep logistics capability. Our leadership’s background in large-scale transport and cross-border logistics provides a practical understanding of the physical movement of goods across Southern Africa.

This insight allows us to anticipate operational challenges, manage delivery risk, and ensure continuity of supply. By combining commercial insight with operational discipline, OneGro delivers consistent, reliable outcomes across diverse markets and industries.
